What you'll do
β€’ Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
β€’ Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
β€’ Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
β€’ Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
β€’ Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have
β€’ Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting
β€’ Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)
β€’ Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
β€’ The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
