About the role

As a Housing Apprentice, you’ll be a valued member of the team, learning by doing and supporting colleagues with meaningful, hands-on work. No two days are the same, and you’ll be trusted with real responsibilities while being fully supported as you develop.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Support and deliver a high level of customer service
  • Customer/colleague interactions
  • Systems, processes or technical learning
  • Contributions to services or communities

What qualification will you gain?

Housing or Customer Services related qualification

Level 2 apprenticeship delivered by an approved apprenticeship training provider.

You’ll combine on-the-job learning with structured study, building skills and confidence that will support your long-term career.
