Typical shift as a bank Supported Living Worker:

  • Assist customers with practical daily tasks to promote independence and help achieve their goals as outlined in their support plans.
  • Help with activities such as meal preparation, shopping, budgeting, maintaining tenancy, and moving to independent accommodation if able.
  • Support attendance at appointments, hobbies, interests, college, or work.
  • Assist with personal care and medication needs as specified in support plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews.
  • Build rapport through conversations and social interactions, ensuring ample time with each customer.

Job details:
