Salary £29,236 per annum, plus 34 days leave. Permanent, full‑time (37.5 hpw), hybrid working: 2 days in the office at Leeds and the rest at development sites or home. Home, a place where you belong. You’ll support our new homes development programme across your region, gaining hands‑on experience of the full development lifecycle and seeing the difference you make every day. From early site identification through to handover and the end of the Defects Liability Period, you’ll help keep multiple housing schemes moving, supporting delivery on time, within budget, and to the high standards our customers expect.
What you’ll do:
- Support delivery of new‑home development schemes across the full project lifecycle on time and to budget.
- Assist with managing projects from planning and legals through to site completion, handover and defects.
- Track costs and performance, acting when things go off plan.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, partners, internal teams and customers.
- Keep systems updated and share progress with key stakeholders.
Practical Information:
You’ll work Monday to Friday with core office hours 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, with flexibility built in. Hybrid basis: 2 days per week in the office; the rest working from development sites and from home. You will need access to a vehicle for work and a full UK driving licence, as you will be required to travel and carry out site visits across our new build schemes.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of project management related to residential development sites.
- A willingness to learn all aspects of professional project management required to deliver residential‑led development sites.
- Understanding of the commercial drivers and processes related to housing development, including contractor procurement and management.
- A strong grasp of the wide‑ranging disciplines needed to shape, plan and deliver standout residential‑led developments.
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple projects.
