This is a great opportunity to join our wonderful team covering Amersham and The Avenue in Middlesbrough. You’ll support our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service, you’ll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to secure, long-term accommodation!

What You’ll Do
- Customer group - working with customers with LD and Autism.
- Making sure that our customers' properties are homes they can be proud of, you’ll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.
- Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account.
- To support the next customers who need our help and for maximum occupancy, you’ll turn around vacant or void rooms / bed spaces / properties within set timescales. This will involve picking up a broom or paint brush!
- You’ll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities making sure we’re compliant.
- You’ll also manage the admin updating records, ordering, and arranging payment for works to be done.

- A background in property management, but that’s not a deal breaker!
- Perhaps you’ve worked in an environment with compliance and health and safety checks?
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a genuine desire to help your customers.
