The predicted salary is between 40000 - 45000 £ per year.

Salary £40,000 to £45,000 per year plus, 34 days leave, inclusive of bank holidays and a health cash plan saving you over £1140 a year.

Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw), with hybrid working covering Yorkshire.

What youll do:

  • Survey homes and planned works to spot issues early and keep quality high.
  • Manage site safety checks and make sure contractors follow the right controls.
  • Update systems with accurate data so we can plan programmes and understand stock.
  • Give clear technical advice to colleagues, contractors and customers.
  • Build strong working relationships that help work run smoothly from start to finish.

You have:

  • Building surveying experience and can assess property condition issues.
  • Hold HNC, HND or degree in surveying.
  • Knowledge of repairs, construction and CDM.
  • Experience managing contractors and delivering safe, quality work.
  • Strong skills in producing clear technical reports for different audiences.

The practical bits:

  • Youll work Monday to Friday.
  • Youll work core hours between 9 and 5 with flexibility built in.
  • We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our office, with the rest working from home.
  • You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage.
  • You need a basic DBS check that we pay for.
