Salary £25,838 pa / Earn £13.21 per hour plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and health cash plan worth over £1140. Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw).
We support our brilliant customers who have mental health and/or learning disability support needs. They live in the Redcar & Cleveland area in the local community in dispersed properties which can range from 1-2-bedroom flats as well as houses.
We help our customers enjoy the best quality of life they can, support to maintain social inclusion, access and understand benefits, budgeting, access to voluntary work, accessing local services or day centres and supporting to liaise with relevant stakeholders.

Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support.
Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads.
Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments.
Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community.
With our learning and development offer, and support from friendly colleagues, you'll make a real difference every day!
Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting.
Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it).
Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support.
A valid driving licence and a vehicle insured for business purposes.

You'll work on a rota basis and take your turn working days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. We need you to be flexible to meet the needs of our customers, but we aim to give you the time you need to spend time doing the things that matter to you!
