Typical shift Walk around the building checking CCTV, fire doors and communal areas Greeting customers and visitors, picking up repairs or cleaning The first line of support for our customers when our wider team or their own support network arent around to help!You get great training, support from friendly colleagues and a chance to make a real difference every day.
You bring Calm under pressure with great communication skills Passion and experience in supporting others, either personally or professionally Good judgement and clear communication You recognise when things are about to go wrong and are confident intervening in a sensitive way.

You'll work a rolling4 on, 4 off shift pattern, working 12hr shifts from 8pm to 8am.
