Youll ensure the smooth running of our retirement community by managing our buildings and ensuring our customers are always supported to live independently in their own home. Ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and welcoming. Working with partner contractors for any repairs and maintenance works required in communal living areas. You might also support sourcing suitable local suppliers.
