What you’ll do:
- Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads.
- Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments.
- Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers.
- Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community.

You have:
- Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting.
- Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it).
- Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support.
- The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach.
It is a busy service, and the successful candidate will work with both new and established colleagues.

The practical bits:
- 8 Weeks rolling rota, working weekdays either 9am-5pm or 11am-7pm. You'll work 1 in 3 weekends 10am-6pm.
- Bank holidays and the Christmas period are covered on a shared rota basis, with shifts worked from 10am-6pm, so you won't be expected to work all of them.
- Based in Winchester, you’ll regularly travel to our Eastleigh services and occasionally to our New Forest and Andover sites. We’ll reimburse mileage for travel between locations.
- We meet as a whole team once a month either digitally or in person at a service. It's great to get together and celebrate the wins as well as support each other through challenges.
- You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay).
