Pay £13.45 per hour and offer great benefits. Casual / Flexible Work, hours to suit you. Weston Super Mare, North Somerset. You’ll help young people aged between 16 and 18 to live independently, feel valued and stay connected. This role is all about care, respect and practical support that improves lives. We are looking to recruit energetic and enthusiastic members of staff to our flexible bank to engage young people in support that will help them move towards living independently.

What you’ll do:

  • Support young people with daily tasks, including the completion of a Food Hygiene Level 2 course.
  • Support young people to complete our tenancy accreditation scheme, the Home Achievement Programme.
  • Support Young People to appointments and, if required, advocate on their behalf.
  • Be creative in planning activities at the service and in the community for young people to engage with.
  • Create a safe, positive space where dignity and respect come first.
  • Work collaboratively to empower our young people.
