Here at Home Group we look after vulnerable customers, but also those with quite complex care needs. Your job will be to make sure our customers are safe, our buildings are secure and pleasant places to be, and that we get on with our neighbours.
Typical shift:
- Walk around the building checking CCTV, fire doors and communal areas
- Greeting customers and visitors, picking up repairs or cleaning
- The first line of support for our customers when our wider team or their own support network aren’t around to help!
- Monitor and respond to incidents calmly, quickly and fairly
- Work with colleagues and partners to manage anti-social behaviour

You bring:

Job details:
- Permanent, part time (33.5 hpw)
- You’ll work fixed shift pattern of Saturday and Sunday (day shifts) 6am - 5pm and Wednesday (night shift) 5pm - 6am
- Based at our service in Redruth, Cornwall, with opportunities to pick up additional hours across other services in Cornwall
- Able to use technology to monitor CCTV, update records and communicate with colleagues
- You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done (we pay for it)
