What you'll do:
- Assist customers with their daily living tasks to develop their independence, achieve their goals, aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans.
- Support vulnerable customers in a variety of services.
- Support customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments.
- Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
- Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community.

You have:
- Flexibility to work at short notice, as you'll be the one picking your next shift.

- Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting.
- Experience of caring for others professionally or personally.
- Calm, confident decision-making even under pressure.

The practical bits:
- You'll work Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, with no weekend or bank holiday working, subject to any cover requirements.
- You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay).
