Home Group in Cheltenham is seeking a dedicated support worker to help people with complex needs live more independently. You will lead planning, coordinate Support Workers and assist customers with daily tasks while collaborating with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower individuals.
This full-time role (37.5 hours/week) involves a rolling rota including every 3rd weekend. A Level 3 Diploma in Care (or equivalent) is preferred, with DBS checks and ongoing development offered.
