The predicted salary is between 50000 - 50000 £ per year.
Up to £50,000 per year (dependent on skills and experience) plus health cash plan saving you and your children over £1140 a year.
Permanent, full-time (37.5 hpw) Hybrid-based Newcastle city centre or one of our other nationwide offices.
You will work closely with a supportive legal team, sharing knowledge and building strong partnerships across the business, having the chance to shape outcomes, influence decisions, and grow your expertise.
- Advise on housing litigation, including anti-social behaviour and tenancy breach cases.
- Represent the organisation at court or instruct external legal support.
- Manage a wide range of housing management legal matters.
- Support policy and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
You will work closely with other experienced legal professionals who will support you to grow and develop in your role.
Requirements:
- Solicitor or barrister qualification with rights of audience.
- Experience managing housing litigation or a similar legal caseload.
- Skills in drafting legal documents and preparing court cases.
We generally work on a hybrid basis with 2 days a week based in our Newcastle City Centre office, but are open to being based in other offices and flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.
