You bring Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or working towards it.
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and how to apply them.
Experience building open, honest cultures and encouraging reflective practice.
Great at building partnerships and solving problems together.
Confidence in managing rotas and 24 hour service cover.

The practical bits You'll work Monday to Friday 9-5, flexibility is required both to meet the needs of the customer and to offer you time to make the importenxt events in your life.
You'll do the occassional weekend on call.
