Earn £14.06 per hour plus 34 days leave (rising to 39 days) and a health cash plan worth over £1,140. Permanent, part‑time (35 hours per week) working on a rota that includes some weekend work. Based in Bury St Edmund's, Ipswich Street.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead support planning and coordinate Support Workers to deliver person‑centred support.
  • Balance support, safeguarding, admin, and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads.
  • Support customers with daily tasks such as budgeting, cooking, and attending appointments.
  • Work with multi‑agency teams to safeguard and empower customers.
  • Help customers build independence and prepare for their move‑on into the community.

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to meet customers’ needs is required.
  • You will work a 3‑week rota that includes some weekend work.
  • You need an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (paid by us).
