The predicted salary is between 12 - 14 £ per hour.

Pay £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum pro rata) Permanent, part time (21 hpw) - on an 8-week rolling rota. Southampton.

What you'll do:

  • Introduce and run our Home Group Achievement Programme (HAP), offering a friendly face and steady support to our customers with alcohol or substance misuse needs feel ready to start and move forward with their recovery.
  • Be an inspirational, key partner in a multi-agency team approaching customers with encouragement and guidance to keep their tenancies, grow their independence and work towards goals that matter to them.
  • Customer group is adults 18-60.

You have:

  • Experience of working with a vulnerable customer group.
  • Experience of adult learning, working on a 1 to 1 basis or small group.
  • Qualifications - Level 3 in Health and social care.
  • Technical skills such as partnership working and experience on working on own initiative.
  • Transferable skills such as active listening, advocating and providing praise and feedback.
