You have Experience in fire safety, building safety or housing maintenance Strong fire door and compartmentation surveying and contract management skill Knowledge of fire safety legislation and building regulations CIOB Level 6 Certificate in Fire Safety or equivalent experience Strong surveying and contract management skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach with great communication Stronger together We do our best work when were ourselves.

The practical bits Youll work Monday to Friday 2x temporary 12 month contracts 1 role covering Hertfordshire, Essex and North London with occasional travel to Norfolk and Suffolk and 1 role covering London with occasional travel to Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage You need a basic DBS check that we pay for Whats in it for you? 34 days leave, rising to 39 (this includes bank holidays and a me day).
