As our Senior Client Services Manager, you'll lead our Torquay support team to deliver person-centred housing related services for customers experiencing domestic abuse.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a motivated team to deliver efficient, high quality, person-centred services in line with our contracts, evidenced by customer satisfaction surveys and KPIs.
- Being the Safeguarding Lead for the service.
- Ensuring Health and Safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recorded accurately.
- Managing individual and team performance using coaching skills and assessing colleague competencies and objectives to ensure customers live in a safe, supportive, person-centred service.
You will receive great training, support from friendly colleagues, and have the chance to make a real difference every day.
Required experience includes:
- Delivering support in a housing or care environment.
- People management.
- Managing multiple services and/or managing managers.
This is a service-based role where you work alongside customers and lead your team, with flexibility to work from home. You will have the opportunity to network across services and with commissioners to ensure the service standards are delivered.
An enhanced DBS is required, and we pay for that.
