The predicted salary is between 32281 - 32281 £ per year.

Working in our properties across the areas of Northampton, Kettering, Peterborough, March, Milton Keynes and Dunstable. Permanent, full time 37.5 hpw Monday to Friday, with on call on a rota basis. £32,281 per annum plus van and great benefits including matching pension contributions.

What you’ll do:

  • Complete all allocated jobs right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.
  • Support our trades team across a range of repairs, maintenance and property refurbishment tasks including Joiners, Roofers, Decorators, Bricklayers, Plumbers etc.
  • Site activities including clearing, disposals, driving and storage of materials, Mould Washes.
  • Support us to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers' homes.
  • Deliver high-quality and compliant work.

You have:

  • Experience in a range of Driving/Labouring work in a maintenance environment.
  • Knowledge of building construction and building trade activities.
  • A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.
  • A full current driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.

The practical bits:

  • Working Monday to Friday.
  • You must be able to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
  • You’ll need a Basic DBS and health check done, we pay for that.
