Salary ranges from £28,174 to £30,804 per annum, depending on skills and experience plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and on call shift payment of £14.30 per session.

- Lead a housing team to deliver person-centred support
- Work closely with care colleagues to meet customer needs

You have:
- Experience managing housing or care services and large contracts
- Strong people skills to lead, motivate and support colleagues
- Knowledge of housing law, safeguarding and support services
- Confidence using IT and analysing service performance
- A passion for promoting independence and inclusion
Practical bits:
- 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with occasional on-call duties (which has a payment of £14.30 per session) and rota cover over Christmas period
- You need an Enhanced with barring list DBS check that we pay for.
- You'll work from our Webb Ellis Court service.
