About the role
Salary £30,200 per annum plus Health cash plan.
Join our Regional Operations team and be the person who keeps everything connected. Working across housing, repairs, asset management and development, you'll help keep plans on track, priorities clear and teams working together effectively. Supporting senior leaders with trusted information, you'll coordinate important actions and help turn plans into progress. If you're organised, proactive and love bringing order to complexity, you'll make a real difference to colleagues, customers and communities across the region.
What you'll do:
- Bring together activity across housing, repairs, assets and development, keeping regional priorities moving forward.
- Coordinate meetings, track actions and follow up commitments to turn discussions into progress.
- Produce clear reports and performance insights, helping leaders make confident, informed decisions.
- Monitor plans, risks and dependencies, identifying blockers early and keeping work on track.
- Build strong relationships across teams and partners, helping deliver joined-up outcomes for customers.

- Experience coordinating activity across multiple teams, priorities and workstreams.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, keeping plans and actions on track.

- Working Monday to Friday.
