We cant offer a CoS for this role Home, a place where you belong We are seeking a compassionate and experienced female team leader to oversee care delivery, within our female-only service. This role involves leading a small team of support workers and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for a female customer, (let\’s call them X) to help them reach their full potential. What youll do Youll manage a team of PBS Support Workers centred around a customer with complex presentation. You and your team will support customers with any aspect of their day-to-day living. Youll work in a person-centred, strengths-based and psychologically informed way, so they can enjoy the best possible quality of life Youll be in regular contact with your manager updating, escalating and reporting on all aspects of the service delivery. Youll be responsible for planning and overseeing complex support working with customers who display behaviours of concern and may require personal care working alongside Home Groups local multi-disciplinary team Motivating, directing, guiding, coaching and supporting your team to work with our customers. A patient and calm approach, able to adapt your style to X\’s needs, as well as to the specific occasion and circumstances, even when they challenge us. Experience of positive risk management, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of customers and colleagues. Knowledge and experience of PEG feeding and PEG feed management. Experience of supporting individuals with epilepsy. Leadership skills and experience supervising or mentoring care staff. Stronger together We do our best work when were ourselves.
