- Be visible and proactive on our estates to build strong links with our communities.
- Support housing managers with their patches to improve neighbourhoods.
- Handle tasks like managing voids, liaising with local authorities, carrying out estate inspections and meeting contractors on site.
- Complete and record routine safety checks in buildings and communities.

Knowledge of housing management and housing law, universal credit is a bonus, not a must. An appreciation that this is a role where you'll spend much of your time lone working in our local estates.

This role is hybrid-based with one day a week in our Portsmouth office and the rest of the time spent working from home and out in our communities. However, if working from home isn't for you then you can base yourself at our Portsmouth office.
We mainly work Monday to Friday and work occasional evenings to meet with customers. The great news is that you'll be able to shape your own diary.
You’ll need a Standard DBS check done and we pay for that.
