- £47,000 depending on experience plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan Home, a place where you belong Along with a Senior Asset Manager, youll be responsible for the strategic asset management of a portfolio of homes across two of our regions.

Monitor and enhance asset performance through financial, operational, health and safety, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Address strategic asset matters, including investment and divestment, with the support of the wider asset team.
Provide expert advice on landlord and tenant issues, ensuring compliance with legal terms and covenants.
Collaborate with Regional Directors and their operational teams to effectively implement the asset management strategy and regional asset plans.
Prepare and present concise monthly management reports to support decision-making and risk management.

You have Proven experience in property asset management across various residential tenures and property types.
Strong understanding of property litigation, including interpreting and enforcing covenants and lease terms.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence with customers and stakeholders.
Membership of The Property Institute (MTPI) and/or Associate RICS, or equivalent qualifications are desirable.
Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding solutions and improving processes.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team, fostering great relationships to achieve common goals.
The practical bits Temporary (12 months), full time (37.5 hpw) Monday to Friday.
