You?ll be offering a multi-channel service to our Homeowners with telephony, emails and digital services. Look for ways to provide a brilliant and continuously improving service to our customers Working across the business collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experience such as Maintenance, contractors, and our Customer Service Centre to coordinate repairs A proactive, general administrative service for the Leasehold Team! You have Experience in customer service and relationship management Experienceworking as part of a team, as well as being a self-starter!
