What youll do Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments You will work closely with external agencies and professionals to ensure customers receive the support they need.

We cant offer a Co S for this role You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it) Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support.
Confidence in using technology is essential, although full training will be provided.
The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach Supporting customers with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, and dual diagnosis conditions.
