The predicted salary is between 25 - 26 £ per hour.

What you'll do:
- Introduce and run our Home Group Achievement Programme (HAP), offering a friendly face and steady support to our customers with alcohol or substance misuse needs.
- Be an inspirational, key partner in a multi-agency team approaching customers with encouragement and guidance to keep their tenancies, grow their independence and work towards goals that matter to them.
- Customer group is adults aged 18-60.

You have:
- Experience of working with a vulnerable customer group.
- Experience of adult learning, working on a 1 to 1 basis or in small groups.
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
- Technical skills such as partnership working and experience of working on your own initiative.
- Transferable skills such as active listening, advocating, and providing praise and feedback.
