We cant offer a CoS for this role You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it) Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach Experience working with young people Stronger together We do our best work when were ourselves. The practical bit We are an OFSTED service working with young people aged between 16-18 years old preparing them to live independently Varied working pattern - typical shift pattern: 8am to 4pm and 2pm to 10pm Team members are also required to undertake at least one sleep-in shift per week.
