What youll do Working within a busy Legal team, especially for anti-social behaviour cases, to build robust legal strategies and understand potential actions.
Draft and prepare vital legal documents for possession and injunction cases, and handle legal aspects of property access issues, such as inspections and repairs.
Serve as the crucial communication hub, liaising seamlessly between lawyers, courts, and other legal entities, and ensuring all paperwork is spot-on.
Meticulously compile and organize evidence for various cases, including ASB reports, evidence of other tenancy breaches and witness statements.
Engage in client communications, gathering case details and explaining legal processes, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Manage a diverse caseload, including possession claims, injunction applications, leasehold issues, bringing and defending debt claims and advising on landlord & tenant matters, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

You have Experience and a burning desire to grow in Property Litigation, An ability for handling various legal cases, from rent arrears and anti-social behaviour to unauthorised occupiers.
The ability and organisational skills to stay on top of a variety of cases, including injunction proceedings and tenancy breaches.
A knowledge of relevant Housing laws and Civil Procedure Rules.
Excellent communication skills, not just for client interactions but also for liaising with courts and legal professionals.
