- Support and coach a small team through complex sales cases
- Manage smooth, compliant transactions from start to finish
- Write and review listings and campaigns that attract the right buyers
- Keep trackers and forecasts updated to spot risks early
- Champion smarter ways of working using Salesforce and digital tools

You have:
- Experience in shared ownership re-sales and affordable home ownership
- Experience in end-to-end property sales
- Strong leadership skills to coach and motivate others
- Great knowledge of compliance and affordable housing rules
- Confidence using Salesforce and interpreting sales data
- A knack for writing clear, engaging sales content

- You’ll manage your own diary
