What youll do
Build strong relationships with colleagues and provide expert advice on learning and development opportunities, helping them access the right learning at the right time and successfully complete their development goals.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to plan, coordinate and deliver learning solutions that meet operational needs and support organisational priorities.
Use learning data and compliance insights to identify development needs, track progress and ensure learning interventions are delivered where they will have the greatest impact.
Support colleagues to stay up to date with essential learning requirements, enabling them to remain compliant, confident and equipped to be brilliant in their roles every day.

You have
Experience managing multiple tasks and keeping work organised and on track
Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep data accurate and up to date
Confidence in using systems and producing clear, useful reports
Experience working with managers across a complex business and building strong relationships
A passion for learning and helping others develop their skills

The practical bits
Youll manage your own diary.
We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our One Strawberry Lane office in central Newcastle, with the rest from home. Our anchor day is Tuesday and the other day is flexible to suit you and your stakeholders. xiskglj
