Salary £35,000 - 45,000 per annum dependent upon experience plus a health cash plan saving you over £1140 a year.

Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw).

You will shape how governance works across a large role, putting you close to senior teams, boards and committees where your work really matters. If you want to move from process to real influence and see your impact across the whole business, this is your next step.

  • Build strong relationships with executives and senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Keep governance policies and processes up to date.
  • Maintain registers and support audits, returns and regulatory compliance.
  • Build trusted relationships at senior level and grow your expertise in governance, risk and compliance.

Strong knowledge and understanding of governance, risk or compliance.

Excellent writing skills to produce clear minutes and reports.

You will work Monday to Friday.

We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, with the rest from home.

34 days leave, pro-rated (including bank holidays and a me day).
