What you’ll do:
- Supporting customers with daily tasks. Our service supports young people between 16 and 24. The service is Ofsted registered.
- Encouraging independence and celebrating wins

You have:
- Passion to support our customers to live their best lives
- Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally
- The ability to work on your own initiative, staying calm and positive under pressure
- Recognise every customer is different and adopt a flexible, personal approach, listening to understand their needs
- A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to study towards it)

The practical bits:
- Rota pattern includes shifts of 07:30-15:00 and 14:30-22:00. You will work 5 shifts each week and there is some weekend working (not every weekend).
- You will be responsible for your own case load, ensuring that you are supporting our young person from tenancy start to successful move on, whilst developing their independent living skills.
- You will be fully based at our service. There is no element of home working.
- You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay).
- A vehicle insured for business use is a preference for this role (and a license!), we’ll pay for any business mileage.
