Home Group Limited is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to join our Repairs and Maintenance team in Harrow. You will survey and inspect homes to ensure they are safe, well maintained and compliant with regulatory standards, identifying issues and arranging repairs to deliver high-quality outcomes.
You’ll work with trades and contractors, oversee works, manage disrepair cases including damp and mould, and help re-let empty homes quickly.
