  • Coordinate and prioritise the daily repair and maintenance workload, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently to the right teams.
  • Monitor performance and service delivery, balancing day-to-day operations while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Maximise the use of scheduling technology and systems, continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Forecast workload demand and resource requirements to ensure adequate staffing levels and operational coverage.
  • Provide support, guidance and training to colleagues while delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer queries effectively.
