What youll do Lead a centralised admin team to deliver consistent, high-quality regional support.
Improve systems and processes to boost efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
Oversee diaries, meetings, inboxes, and reports, handling sensitive information carefully.
Manage invoices, records, and data to keep information accurate and up to date.

You have You have experience leading or supervising an administration team or similar role.
You have strong customer service skills and communicate clearly with different audiences.
You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
You have experience handling confidential and sensitive information with care.
You have a proactive approach and enjoy improving systems and ways of working.
