Youll help people with complex needs live more independently, where no two days are the same. One moment youre helping someone take a big step towards their goals, the next youre supporting them through lifes everyday ups and downs.

What youll do Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it) Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach It is a busy service, and the successful candidate will work with both new and established colleagues Stronger together We do our best work when were ourselves. The practical bits We meet as a whole team once a month either digitally or in person at a service. Its great to get together and celebrate the wins as well as support each other through challenges. 8 week rolling rota, weekdays shifts are 9am-5pm or 11am-7pm during.
