Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) Monday to Friday covering our Yorkshire sites, working from one of our offices and from home.

What you'll do:
- Lead contractor relationships to deliver great customer outcomes.
- Manage disputes and complaints with a focus on resolution.
- Drive performance across your work stream and team.
- Keep budgets on track and ensure value for money.
- Support new projects and improve how we work.

You have:
- A RICS or CIOB accredited Building Surveying degree or similar qualification.
- Strong knowledge of housing, building legislation and compliance.
- Experience of managing contractors and resolving disputes.
- Confidence using data to drive decisions and performance.
- An experienced people manager.
The practical bits:
- You'll work Monday to Friday.
- You'll work core hours between 08:30 to 16:30 with flexibility built in.
- We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in one of our offices, with the rest from home and travelling to sites.
- You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage.
- You need a Basic DBS check that we pay for.
