What youll do Lead support planning and coordinate our Support with customers to deliver person-centred support Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community Why join us This is more than a job its a place where you feel valued. You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it) Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach Experience working in supported housing with customers who have mental health needs, autism, mild learning disabilities, and substance misuse issues. The practical bits Working alternate weeks of days (0900-1700/ 0900-1800) and lates (1300-2100) on a three week rolling rota, working one weekend in three, including bank holidays. Option to cover sleep-in shifts from 10pm to 7am - this is paid at £50, option to be an emergency responder to attend out of hours - this is paid at £50 for initial hour of attendance and hourly rate thereafter.
