Salary £27500 / Earn £14.06 per hour plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and health cash plan worth over £1140

12 Month Maternity Cover, full time (37.5 hpw), Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm

What youll do

  • Deliver person-centred, psychologically informed support, helping customers build independence and progress towards their LIFE (Living Independently and Feeling Enabled) goal.

  • Lead reviews and develop LIFE support plans, ensuring outcomes, risks and strengths are clearly identified and reviewed regularly

  • Coordinate and guide Support Workers and volunteers, providing day-to-day advice, inductions and oversight to ensure high-quality support delivery

  • Take a lead role in multi-agency working, including safeguarding, MARAC, MAPPA and other professional forums to promote customer safety and wellbeing

  • Apply agreed screening, referral and allocation processes, making informed decisions about eligibility and support provision

You have

  • Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting

  • Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support

  • The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach

  • Strong communication and collaborative skills

The practical bits

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, managing own diary.

  • Primarily office & community based around Bentinck Road and the NE4 area. Flexibility for occasional days to work from other office locations or home.

  • You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
