What you'll do • Coordinate service readiness activities across projects, suppliers and support teams. • Identify risks, gaps and dependencies before services move into live use. • Build strong relationships that keep change moving smoothly and safely. • Support service management processes and help drive continual improvement. • Ensure knowledge, documentation and ownership are in place before go-live. You have • Experience supporting service transition activities, projects or service change. • Strong communication skills, translating technical information for different audiences. • Knowledge of service management principles, an ITIL qualification or equivalent experience. • Experience organising competing priorities and managing a varied workload. • Confidence working collaboratively across teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
