As our Housing and Property expert, youll support our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service, youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts. Working closely with our care team, you will help strengthen customer engagement by identifying social activities they can get involved in. What youll do Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies and community. Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account. To keep our properties fully occupied and the rent accounts up to date. Youll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities making sure were compliant.
