Typical day as a Housing Management Coordinator
Working for one of UK\’s top ten Great Places to Work, you will?
Managing rent accounts, tenancy issues and formal actions when required, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
Conducting property inspections, monitoring repairs and maintenance, and liaising with contractors to keep homes safe and welcoming.
Supporting customers to maintain communal areas and personal spaces while encouraging independence and pride in their home.
Coordinating with support colleagues and third-party providers to meet Service Level Agreements and resolve issues quickly.
Recording property and tenancy information, preparing reports, and keeping systems up to date.
Responding to queries from customers, colleagues and neighbours, using initiative to solve problems while maintaining professional boundaries.?
About you
You need to be great at managing relationships, positive, assertive and confident in your decision making.
It would be amazing if you have worked in a property or housing management type role before. If you haven\’t then we will be glad to support someone with transferrable skills and with the right \’can do\’ positive attitude and enthusiasm.
You will be passionate about property and get a thrill out of knowing that your properties are the best they can be for our customers!.. making sure buildings and communal areas are safe and welcoming.
You thrive on managing your own time, working on your own initiative, have strong written and verbal communication skills and you\’re able to positively influence people from all backgrounds.
We will need you to have an Enhanced Disclosure Check through the Disclosure and Barring Service which we?ll pay for.
