As our Housing and Property Guru, youll focus on tenancy support for our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service, youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts Typical day as a Housing Management Coordinator Working with our Independent living over 55 customers Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies. Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account. Where there is a need, youll also issue and sign warning letters and notices which may lead to attending court. Getting rooms ready for the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy, youll turn around vacant or voidproperties within set timescales. You bring Experience in managing a housing management caseload and overseeing landlord and housing management duties Know-how of re-letting of rooms or units, collecting rents, and taking formal tenancy action when needed. Able to use technology for keeping Health & Safety files up to date, making benefit claims and doing tenancy signs ups. To get from A to B, youll need a vehicle insured for business purposes.
