Supported Housing Concierge Yeovil, Somerset - working across five sites. Permanent, Full time (37.5 hpw) working on a four-on-four off rota, from 10pm to 7am. Pay £12.60ph (Salary £24,638 pa) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan.

Here at Home Group, we look after our vulnerable customers, including those with complex care needs. Your job will be to ensure our customers are safe, our buildings are secure and pleasant places to be, and that we maintain good relations with our neighbours.

Typical shift as a Housing Concierge:

  • You will be the first line of support for our customers when our wider team or their own support network aren't available.
  • Manage the health and safety of the building, patrolling to check fire doors and ensuring everything is locked and secure.
  • Think on your feet and manage situations on the spot, such as investigating suspicious activity or raising the alarm when emergency services are needed.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the building.

Job details:

  • Travel between our 5 sites across Yeovil.
  • Working a four-on-four off rolling rota from 8.30pm to 7.45am.
  • Regular daytime training and team meetings.
  • Able to use technology to monitor CCTV, update service files, and use emails and Sharepoint.
  • Enhanced DBS check required, which we will pay for.
