Providing a housing management service, youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to a secure, long-term accommodation!
What you'll doMaking sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.
Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account.
Getting rooms ready for the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy, youll turn around vacant or void rooms / bed spaces / properties within set timescales.
You get great training, support from friendly colleagues and a chance to make a real difference every day. You haveExperience in managing a housing caseload and handle landlord and housing management dutiesKnow-how of re-letting of rooms or units, collecting rents, and taking formal tenancy action when needed.
Confident working collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the business as well as with external partnersThe practical bitsYou'll work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.Based in Hartlepool, you'll spend time travelling around our properties in the local area, supporting customers who have low to medium needs with tenancy based support.
Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, making benefit claims and doing tenancy signs ups,To get from A to B, youll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that well pay your mileage!
Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
