What you’ll do
- Handle homeownership questions with care and confidence, solving issues first time where you can and keeping customers clearly informed when things need extra support.
- Work closely with maintenance teams, contractors and Customer Service Centre colleagues to coordinate repairs and services and keep customers updated throughout.
- Use your knowledge of homeownership rules and policies to give clear advice, spot risks early and escalate issues to protect customers and Home Group.
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date, understanding that good admin helps services run smoothly and customers feel confident and safe.
- Support customers to use digital self-service tools, helping online options feel easy, helpful and accessible rather than frustrating.
