What you’ll do:
- Survey homes and planned works to spot issues early and keep quality high.
- Manage site safety checks and make sure contractors follow the right controls.
- Update systems with accurate data so we can plan programmes and understand stock.
- Give clear technical advice to colleagues, contractors and customers.
- Build strong working relationships that help work run smoothly from start to finish.

You have:
- Building surveying experience and can assess property condition issues.
- Hold HNC, HND or degree in surveying.
- Knowledge of repairs, construction and CDM.
- Experience managing contractors and delivering safe, quality work.
- Strong skills in producing clear technical reports for different audiences.
The practical bits:
- You’ll work Monday to Friday.
- You’ll work core hours between 9 and 5 with flexibility built in.
- We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our office, with the rest working from home.
- You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage.
- You need a basic DBS check that we pay for.
